The Fitzrovia

The Fitzrovia comprises 36 luxurious condominiums and two full-floor penthouses that exemplify Matisse’s ‘luxe, calme et volupté’ — the only way to live. Large, gracious rooms flow seamlessly in an architectural promenade. The bathrooms have LeFroy & Brooks fixtures while Gaggenau appliances are in the kitchen. Amenities for the residents include a library, meeting rooms, a private screening room, a gymnasium/wellness center with exercise facilities, Moroccan-style hammam, sauna and massage rooms.

On the ground level, a granite base defines a pedestal to elevate and set apart The Fitzrovia. Surrounded by lyrical limestone fluting, a sensually-carved solid granite entry frames a beautiful Art Deco-style decorative gate. The richly carved details of the entry pedestal continue along Lexington Avenue for substantial retail shops that complement the neighborhood.

Made of a discrete block of limestone, the building is carved back to create generous terraces above to survey the view and entertain on a grand scale. Oversized windows frame the view while the modern stainless steel windows have single sheets of insulated glass that provide acoustical privacy and tilt and turn for fresh air.

Air-conditioning and heating run through state-of-the art energy-efficient VRF HVAC units, while elevators run on regenerative technology. All materials used in the building are sustainable and eco-friendly, creating a wellness-positive environment.
