Spring Creek Affordable Housing Master Plan

The master plan for this new town of affordable housing units was conceived so as to respond to the problems that plague most large, low-income residential developments. The plan is meant to create a vibrant community and encourage interaction between the development's residents.  Parking is confined to the rear of the buildings, allowing each residence to open directly onto the street.  The firm has also been commissioned to design the residences and develop the master plan for surrounding mixed-use development.
