Broadway Triangle

This mixed-use development will reinvigorate a vacant lot by creating retail and affordable housing for income-eligible seniors, families and the formerly homeless. The 9 story building comprises a total of 157 studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. The retail component will bring much-needed economic opportunities for local retailers and service providers.

Communal facilities for residents will include a multi-purpose community room and an exercise room. These shared spaces open onto a roof terrace featuring a garden, exercise equipment and a playground. There are also two administrative offices, a laundry room, and a two-bedroom apartment for the building’s superintendent.
