We were thrilled to attend the ribbon cutting for The Riverbend Building, a commercial development that we designed for developer We Impact Group. Located in Elkhart Indiana's fast revitalizing River District, the building is home to various commercial banks and other local businesses. Developer Dave Weaver cut the ribbon alongside David Findlay, President of Lake City Bank which financed the development. Also in attendance was the Mayor of Elkhart Rod Roberson and Alex Gorlin.
