El Borinquen Residence has won multiple awards so far in 2023. To date, our supportive housing development for Comunilife on Third Avenue in The Bronx has received the following: Best Affordable Housing Award, Society of American Registered Architects (SARA); and Interior Design magazine's NYCxDESIGN 2023 Best Multi-Family Housing Award. Additionally, it was a finalist in the Affordable Housing category of Architizer's A+ Awards.
