This residential development in downtown Atlanta hopes to draw artists and young professionals to the newly revived urban center. Our design engages the street by projecting the mass of the building forward and presenting a luminous, glass-fronted facade. The site calls for a long, narrow building with a vast lateral wall and a simple, modular design that reduces the perceived scale of the facade.  The pattern of apertures also provides flexibility in the plan, accommodating various configurations of one, two and three bedroom units. The 78,000 square foot building will comprise 60 one and two bedroom lofts while eight penthouse units will open onto terraces on the top floor.
